Front, back, both sides and any damage. For equipment, include the data plate.
Step 2: Get a Clear Offer
We review what you sent and give you an offer. Offers for cars usually start at around $200 and depend on condition and current metal prices. For equipment, we tell you whether it is a cash offer, a no cost pickup or a removal charge.

Step 3: Book a Time That Suits You
Pickups are same day or next day, depending on your schedule, any day between 8 am and 11 pm. We confirm:
- The pickup address
- Where the vehicle or machine is parked
- Gate codes, parkade height or site access
- Who will be there to sign

Step 4: Sign, Get Paid and We Tow It Away
The driver checks the vehicle
Our driver compares it with the photos and details you sent.
You sign the paperwork
For cars and registered vehicles, show photo ID and the signed registration (APV250). Our driver brings the Transfer/Tax Form (APV9T) and fills it in with you.
You get paid
We pay by cash or e-Transfer before anything is loaded.
We load it and leave
Our own trucks and equipment handle the loading. Towing is free on most pickups.
After the Pickup
- Keep your licence plates. Return them to an Autoplan broker if you will not reuse them.
- Cancel or move your Autoplan policy.
- Keep your copy of the transfer form.

- A different vehicle or machine at pickup

What We Need From You
We buy with clear ownership only:
- The vehicle is registered in the seller’s name
- No loan, lease or lien is owing
- For estates, the executor shows legal authority to sell
- For businesses, the person signing is authorised to sign for the company

- We do not sell parts.
- We do not offer junk removal.
- We do not pick up small items, small appliances or tires.

How It Works FAQ
How long does the whole process take?
Most sales are quick. Once you send the details, we review them and give you an offer. Pickups are then same day or next day, depending on your schedule. At pickup, checking the vehicle, signing the paperwork and payment are done before we load and leave.
Do I have to be there at pickup?
Someone who can sign the paperwork and show photo ID needs to be there, because the transfer form is completed and payment is made at pickup. Call us before booking if this is a problem, and we will talk through it.
When do I get paid?
At pickup, before the vehicle or equipment is loaded. We pay by cash or e-Transfer.
What if the car does not match my description?
Our driver explains any difference before paperwork is signed. The offer only changes for a major missing part that was not mentioned, a different vehicle, or missing paperwork. You are always free to say no.
Is there any cost to me?
Towing is free on most pickups. For very large equipment or difficult sites, we tell you before booking if anything is different.
